A stuttered dial tone and a blinking or solid message light are indicators that you have a voicemail message waiting to be retrieved. Learn how to check your voicemail messages by calling voicemail or by using Visual Voicemail on your smartphone. If prompted, enter your voicemail password.
Regularly change your password to prevent unauthorized access to your Online Voice Mail. Press 3, 3 to skip to the end of the message. Then you can reply, forward, erase or save. Log in to the Online Voice Mail Web site at /myonlinevoicemail using your home phone number and Online Voice Mail password. This is the same password you use to access your Online Voice Mail by phone. You can retrieve voice messages by phone or online. You must set up your mailbox by phone before you can access your Online Voice Mail service online. Choose questions from the menu and provide the corresponding answers. Once complete, click Save.
If your playback software is compatible, you can save the voice message to your hard disk while listening to the message. Once the message is saved to your hard disk (.wav file) you can listen to it anytime or send it as an attachment in an email.
